USAT Level 1 Certified Coach Bill is getting us into the pool – FINALLY! Are you thinking about triathlon this year but haven’t swam – well since your mom put you in swim lessons!! Never fear – we are here!! Let us get you into the water, work on your stroke , your breathing, give you some direction with your workouts as you venture into multisport!! Get a plan, get the knowledge, learn the proper technique before we get into the open water!! To make sure everyone learns as much as possible – this clinic is limited to 10. It is a 4 week clinic! Get the confidence you need now – before we hit the open water! Join us!

830-9: Meet and Greet
9-9:20: Group Run with Video Recording
9:20-9:30 Break/Regroup to begin Conference
9:30-10:15: Basic Biomechanics – Why should I evaluate the way I run?
10:15-10:30: Break
10:30-11: Stretching and Strengthening for runners. Topics covered will include foam rolling, body weight exercises, hand weights, resistance bands.
11-11:30: Training Tips and Workout Specifics. Why you should run hills, intervals, slow, on a treadmill, etc
11:30 – Head over to Grille on Main – Grab some food and a beer
12:00pm: Video Assessment from Morning Run – Athletes will have form assessed and critiqued in a whole group format.
